Its possible to input ascii during the install and after bootup, the problem is only during firstboot. Tested on fc4test3. How reproducible: Everytime Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select an indic keyboard during installation 2. Complete install and reboot into firstboot Actual results: Cannot input any english text in firstboot Expected results: Should be able to input english
I can confirm this also happends with bulgarian keyboard selected.
Has this been fixed in FC devel at least?
What is required to be able to input English text in firstboot if X is set up to use a different keyboard by default?
