Description of problem:
When you try to enable Embedded Ansible Role, it never completes. It keeps giving notification every couple of mins saying: 
"The role Embedded Ansible has started activation on server EVM "

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Configuration
2.Enable Embedded Ansible Server Role
3.Save

Actual results:
Role never activates

Expected results:
Role should activate
