Description of problem:
Volume name doesn't show ellipsis for long name

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Tendrl
2. Create a volume for a cluster and the volume name length should be long.
3. Go to Volume list view of that cluster.

Actual results:
Volume name have no ellipsis.

Expected results:
Volume name should have ellipsis for long name on volume list view.
