Description of problem:
Remove the deprecated npm packages. This is required for the development environment.


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clone the repo.
2. Run "gulp dev"
3. One can see the deprecation warning messages.

Actual results:
Deprecation warning messages are seen.


Expected results:
There should not be any deprecation warning message.

UI works as expected after this update. During UI testing there were found issues with password checking and popup windows: BZ 1610668, BZ 1610913, BZ 1611991, BZ 1612150, BZ 1610190, BZ 1610201, BZ 1610162, BZ 1610266
but these BZs are consequence of different UI update (BZ 1580509).
