Description of problem:
The web consoles for both Pro and Starter clusters are incorrectly showing the OCP logo

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to https://console.pro-ap-southeast-2.openshift.com/console
2. View logo in upper left corner of web console

Actual results:
OpenShift Container Platform logo is present

Expected results:
OpenShift Online logo should be present

Checked on the active pro and starter clusters, the logo has been updated to Openshift Online logo. The bug has been fixed on PROD.
