Description Alexandre Ducastaing 2018-05-19 19:39:09 UTC
Description of problem:
Since kernel.x86_64 4.16.8-300.fc28, the screen freezes clicking to eject under caja. The only way is to do a hard shutdown pushing the tower switch.
The last kernel kernel.x86_64 4.16.9-300.fc28 @updates-testing doesn't solve.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
caja 1.20.2

How reproducible:
Connect and mount usb hdd to the computer. Then try to eject it with caja.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.connect usb hdd to the usb port.
2.mount it.
3.eject it with caja.

Actual results:
freeze and system crash

Expected results:
I would like to be able to eject the usb hdd without freeze...

Additional info:
The command "# eject /dev/sdb" under the terminal works !
I use xfce environment.
Sorry for my English, I am a French guy !

The new kernel 4.16.11-300.fc28.x86_64 is ok. Now, I can eject usb hdd with "caja" without any freeze or bug.
Congratulations to the kernel team...
