openvswitch has an explicit Requires for openvswitch-selinux-extra-policy, but IBM on-site engineer testing openvswitch on ppc64le reports that package is not included in the standard RHV repositories.

This bug is not marked as blocker and we entered blocker only phase for 4.2.4.
Please consider re-targeting to 4.2.5.

Miguel, I believe that we ship everything that we need in errata, but would you doublecheck? Errata is currently offline.

We forgot to close this bug long ago. rhel-7.5 installs ovs well.
