Description of problem:
When installing a new oVirt host on the system, engine doesn't show a progress bar it just writes 'installing'. I'm suggesting to add a progress bar which can be calculated by the number of installed and to be installed RPM packages on the host.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.2.4-0.0.master.20180516112810.gita4e5f9d.el7.centos

Actual results:
No progress bar - just 'installing' status.

Expected results:
Should be a progress bar.

Additional info:
See screenshot for current behaviour.

The progress bar can be located at the Status column and display a progress percentage. Like this example: [=====10%=====]

This request is not currently committed to 4.4.z, moving it to 4.5

Comment 2 RHEL Program Management 2020-06-23 12:34:08 UTC
This request has been proposed for two releases. This is invalid flag usage. The ovirt-future release flag has been cleared. If you wish to change the release flag, you must clear one release flag and then set the other release flag to ?.

This bug didn't get any attention in a long time, and it's not planned in foreseeable future. oVirt development team has no plans to work on it.
Please feel free to reopen if you have a plan how to contribute this feature/bug fix.
