Description of problem: The default, at least for server VM type, should be checked. It's supposed to provide performance with little downside
Verified: rhvm-4.2.5.1-0.1.el7ev qemu-kvm-rhev-2.10.0-21.el7_5.4.x86_64 libvirt-client-3.9.0-14.el7_5.6.x86_64 vdsm-4.20.34-1.el7ev.x86_64 Verification scenario: Open new Vm dialog and Verify "IO threads enabled" checkbox is unchecked for desktop VM type, and checked for server and high performance VM. Play with "optimized for" dropbox and move between server/high performance/desktop options and verify that constancy of IO threads enabled for server/high performance VM is kept.
