Description of problem:
There is no example how to use /usr/share/ovirt-engine/setup/bin/ovirt-engine-provisiondb --otopi-environment="..." to create engine db on remote machine.

1. run
# /usr/share/ovirt-engine/setup/bin/ovirt-engine-provisiondb --help


Actual results: no --otopi-environment


Expected results: --otopi-environment parameter described with example
