Summary says it all. Q: how do I tell real bugs from text that still has not been translated?

Dia is in the GNOME CVS and we (GNOME developers) rely on the volunteer
community to help with translations. If you would like to get involved with
translations you may check out
http://developer.gnome.org/arch/translate/teams.html - the translations team
contact page. This will help you get a contact so you can help out. Once it is
translated it will be in our dist as we pull the latest versions of these apps.
