Description of problem:
Documentation doesn't match current behavior.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Differences_to_Ubuntu

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 28

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 28
2. Follow installation defaults + activate disk encryption
3. when logged in as user created during install
4. open terminal
5. execute command$ su
Password is requested, entering password from previously created user doesn't provide root access.
6. execute command$ sudo su
Password is requested, entering password from previously created user provides root access.

Actual results:
The behavior doesn't match the "root account" documentation, ie. sudo provides root access.

Expected results:
Documentation matches behavior, or behavior matches documentation.

Additional info:
Fresh Fedora install + I'm migrating from Ubuntu :)

Hello, unfortunately that entire page is outdated and could use a rewrite as indicated by the warning on top, and besides this type of content should be on https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/docs/, not the wiki. I opened an issue in our docs tracker that's related to this (https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/quick-docs/issue/156), but I can't guarantee anything is going to happen anytime soon.

Either way, I'm going to close this now.
