1.log in openshift web console
2.navigate to https://console.free-int.openshift.com/console/command-line
3.check download links

Actual results:
The link is:
https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v3/clients/3.10.0-0.38.0/linux/oc.tar.gz

Expected results:
The version should be v3.10.0-0.50.0
