Button related menu items at Catalog Items

Description of problem:
In the classic UI  the Service catalog item Configuration dropdown occasionally shows Button related actions, not catalog item related ones.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.2.4.20180501195858_35dc609 

How reproducible:
Occasionally

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Services/Catalogs/Catalog Items
2. Click Configuration dropdown
3. Wrong items displayed

Actual results:
- Add a new Button Group
- Add a new Button

Expected results:
- Add a new Catalog Item
- Add a new Catalog Bundle

Additional info:
Browser: FF 60.0.1 64 bit, Windows 10 workstation

I can not reproduce it on Master and Gaprindashvili.

Could you please provide appliance, so I can try?

The bug is not reproducible on latest 5.10 and 5.9.4. It Looks good to me.
