Description of problem:

If the user detaches the peer or probes the peer manually then it doesnot reflect on the cockpit UI untill and unless user will refresh it.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------------
1.Successfully deploy gluster and hosted engine .
2.Log in to the cockpit UI and reach out to manage gluster.
3.In gluster management wizard under volume section user can find the issue.

Actual results:
-------------------------
The probed peer are not updating untill and unless the user will refresh the UI.

Expected results:
-------------------------
There should be some timeout after which probed peer are reflected in the cockpit UI.

Tested with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.30 with the following steps:

1. Probed a new host in to the gluster cluster ( trusted storage pool )
2. From the cockpit UI, using 'refresh' button, the new host is listed
