Description of problem:
Opening the Examples library opens an error message

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open xfig
2. Select Examples library

Actual results:
Error message window containing:

  File pictures.fig:
  /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xfig/Libraries/Examples/teapot.xpm: Unknown image

Expected results:
No error

Additional info:
The referenced file does exist, and contains (surprise!) a picture of a teapot.

Still with us as of xfig-3.2.4-13 (Fedora rawhide)

BTW, the referenced file is the only *.xpm in all of the Libraries for xfig
