Describe the issue: LVM cache support in RHGS is not well documented in the admin guide. There are few references to LVM cache in the guide, but no details were provided in setting up, using, tuning and best practices (for what workloads to use etc..) for LVM Cache.

Suggestions for improvement:
Document how LVM Cache can be used in RHGS.  Admin guide sections "Setting up storage volumes" and "Tuning for performance" are good to cover these topics in.  Install guide also has setting up bricks and lvm configuration where we could refer to admin guide as the reference for more details on lvm cache.
