I assume it's RHVH, not RHEVH? Also, is it a regression? It's not marked as such. If there's no workaround, it's a blocker, no? (Originally by Yaniv Kaul)

tested on SHE with ovirt-host-deploy.noarch 1.7.4-1.el7ev @rhv-4.2.4-cand Host RHV-H rhvh-4.2.3.1-0.20180531.0+1 added to env successfully
