A UI exception while creating a new network on external provider - ui.log, screenshot

Description of problem:
While trying to create a new network on external provider, there's a UI exception.
After reverting this commit [1] as a part of sanity check, there was no exception.


[1] aeb4dba3101 frontend: set subnets tab unavailable for unmanaged networks

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new network via Network -> Add
2. On 'General' tab, check the 'Create on external provider' checkbox

Actual results:
