How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Cancel Fuse service
2.Check on account overview
3.

Actual results:
No icon to indicate Fuse plan is cancell pending.

Expected results:
should be an warning icon to indicate this Fuse plan is in cancel pending status just like what happens on Pro plan

Moving out as this is a low impact bug and we will deal with it soon after the release.

Pulling this bug back in as there is a quick fix.
