This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Hello

there is no "Ansible Roles" yet in the guides, but I found this docs bug:


Bug 1589771 - Document how to use Ansible System Roles with Satellite 6.4+


If that is the correct docs you want to link to, then just set that bug as a blocker to this one for the moment.
