FFU: after running openstack overcloud ffwd-upgrade run /var/log/nova/nova-manage.log on controller-0 (the bootstrap one) shows such errors:

1. Deploy OSP10
2. Upgrade undercloud to OSP11/12/13
3. Run openstack overcloud ffwd-upgrade prepare [...]
4. Run openstack overcloud ffwd-upgrade run
5. Wait for the process to finish successfully
6. Log in to controller-0
7. Check /var/log/nova/nova-manage.log

Actual results:
InternalError: (1054, u"Unknown column 'services.uuid' in 'field list'") errors

Expected results:
No errors.
