Description Jonathan Kamens 2005-05-25 00:13:58 UTC
If I build the Tk CPAN module with "cpan2rpm Tk", the resulting RPM has a
dependency on perl(Tk::LabRadio) even though a file in the RPM provides that
module.

Comment 1 Jonathan Kamens 2005-05-25 00:32:53 UTC
MIME::Base64 also fails, in t/warn; the "warn" in the test name makes me
suspect that it's the same problem as the others.

Comment 2 Gavin Henry 2005-05-25 07:30:21 UTC
Thanks for this.

I'll look into these errors sometime this week.

That's the best I can do at the moment ;-)

Thanks,

Gavin.

This bug hasn't been updated in a long time and targets FE devel.
Could you please check that it still occurs with current FE devel and update
accordingly ?

Thanks.

Can't test whether this is still an issue until 248731 is fixed.

Comment 5 Bug Zapper 2008-04-03 16:11:27 UTC
Based on the date this bug was created, it appears to have been reported
against rawhide during the development of a Fedora release that is no
longer maintained. In order to refocus our efforts as a project we are
flagging all of the open bugs for releases which are no longer
maintained. If this bug remains in NEEDINFO thirty (30) days from now,
we will automatically close it.

If you can reproduce this bug in a maintained Fedora version (7, 8, or
rawhide), please change this bug to the respective version and change
the status to ASSIGNED. (If you're unable to change the bug's version
or status, add a comment to the bug and someone will change it for you.)

Thanks for your help, and we apologize again that we haven't handled
these issues to this point.

The process we're following is outlined here:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/F9CleanUp

We will be following the process here:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping to ensure this
doesn't happen again.
