Description of problem:
Chargeback scheduled report for the current month shows double rates and values as compared to previous one.

In April month report, vCPU(Core) value as 8 and Memory(GB) as 16 for a VM, which is correct as per the assigned resources.

In May month report, the above values are updated to 16 and 32 respectively. There is no change in VM configuration.

This is impacting chargeback capability.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a chargeback report
2. Schedule it on a monthly basis


Actual results:
Chargeback report shows double rates as compared to previous month.

Expected results:
Chargeback report should show approximately same rates as compared to previous month.

This issue is very important. Could you please check this issue and provide a hotfix for version CFME-5.8.2.3-1?
