+++ This bug is a downstream clone. The original bug is: +++ +++ bug 1131178 +++ ====================================================================== What is the nature and description of the request? - Currently the 'General' tab for storage domains does not show the target IP for iSCSI connections, whereas the NFS share path (including the FQDN/IP )is shown. We should be consistent with this information and show the target IP for iSCSI data domains - Additionally (did not think this warranted a separate RFE) we should present the SD UUID in the General tab. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) - Quicker to associate SDs with iSCSI targets - Having the UUID available without diving into the DB allows for quicker association of SDs with log messages How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) - A simple individual new line for each of these two would suffice Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla? - Not that I could find (Originally by jhunsaker)
Quite a simple addition, requested also by storage QE to ease up their work (Originally by Tal Nisan)
This was targeted to 4.2.5 (and the title says so as well), did it land in 4.2.4 eventually?
(In reply to Yaniv Kaul from comment #5) > This was targeted to 4.2.5 (and the title says so as well), did it land in > 4.2.4 eventually? Yes, it's a small risk-less change which was also requested by QE to make their testing easier
Storage domain UUID is now included in Genral sub tab under storage domain. Used: rhvm-4.2.4.1-0.1.el7.noarch
