Description of problem:
Failed to install RHVH on Dell UEFI machine.(No such issue on HP uefi machine)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-virtualization-host-4.2-20180605.0 
imgbased-1.0.17-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
100% (dell-per730)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Anaconda GUI install RHVH on Dell UEFI machine (dell-per730)
2. Choose auto partitioning, finish all needed steps.
3. Focus on the installation process.

Actual results:
Failed to install RHVH on Dell UEFI machine.

Expected results:
Install RHVH on Dell UEFI machine can succeed.

Additional info:
No such issue on HP uefi machine(hp-bl460cg9-01)

This appears to be an incomplete ISO, possibly from a bad DRAC connection.

Thanks Ryan for point this out, the installation can succeed after re-downloading the ISO.
