Created attachment 1448729 [details] Proposed fix perl-XML-TreeBuilder does not execute author's tests at build time, thus modules like Test::Perl::Critic are not used and they should not be listed as build-requires. Attached patch fixes the list of dependencies.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.
