Description of problem:
As a user, I am unable to hover over a datapoint on the sparkline to see the value (unlike a line chart, where the cross-hair shows me the timestamp and the value).

Basically, this applies to 4 Grafana dashboard panels in the following dashboards (changing from spark line to line chart):

Cluster dashboard: IOPS dashboard panel
Volume dashboard: Throughput dashboard panel
Brick dashboard IOPS dashboard panel
