Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Embedded Ansible Server Role
2.Add Repo/Credentials
3.Create Service Catalog and catalog item, with provision and retire routines
4.Login to SUI, order service

Actual results:
see GIF 

Expected results:
it should not have duplicate items in dropdown
