Dropping calls to the legacy fullList verb in VDSM in cluster levels 4.2 and above to ease the transition of VDSM to python 3.

The verification is done on ovirt-release42-snapshot-4.2.6-1.el7.noarch
As part of verification the SLA tier1 and hosted engine tests where run on the upstream version.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.7 release, published on November 2nd 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.7 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
