Description of problem:

After upgrading ovirt-engine from 4.1.8 to the 4.2.3 release I am receiving an uncaught exception error in the UI when attempting to create a cluster.  The error does not appear until selecting the cluster compatibility level.

Attached is a copy of the log file from today.

No problem.  Attached is a copy of the engine.log along with a screenshot of the error I'm seeing.  The error does not occur until I select a value for the cluster version.  The only available version in this case is '4.2'.

I don't see the exception/errors in the engine log. Can you attach a more complete engine log

4.2.4 does not appear to have this issue.  I was able to create a new cluster without any issues.
