Description of problem:

Cockpit user interface at https://HostIPorFQDN:9090 and navigate to Virtualization > Hosted Engine.

The 'Getting Started' and 'More Information' point to incorrect url (ovirt.org) on Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.2.3 (el7.5).

How reproducible:
100%  

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install RHV 4.2.3 Host and log into https://HostIPorFQDN:9090 and navigate to Virtualization > Hosted Engine to Deploy.  Check the lower portion of the screen 'Getting Started' and 'More Information'   Hoovering over directs to ovirt.org instead of RH.

Can reproduce on this version:

Red Hat Virtualization Host 4.2.3 (el7.5) (rhvh-4.2.3.0-0.20180508.0+1)

Tested with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.31-1.el7ev.noarch, the result is which the Comment 3 said.

So, change the bug's status to verified.
