Description of problem:
ceph-ansible shouldn't enable multimds when not on luminous, it was stable on luminous and has been deprecated in mimic.


Actual results:
multimds is enabled when ceph release is between jewel and mimic

Expected results:
multimds should be enabled only for luminous

Ramakrishnan,

a. yes, this should be tested on Jewel too
b. correct, this can be closed/verified is enabled on Luminous
c. yes, nothing to do for mimic
