Description of problem:
From RHOSP12, many OSP components are containerized.
logrotate-crond handle the log rotation for containerized components.
But, there are limited configuration interface for log rotation.
We should have configuration interface for logrotate which covers all parameters in logrotate

RHOSP13

Expected results:
We have an interface to configure logrotate options which covers all logrotate options.

Additional info:
Currently, we need to modify  /usr/share/openstack-puppet/modules/tripleo/templates/logrotate/containers_logrotate.conf.erb in overcloud image directly.

In BZ1578731, some parameters are already implemented in the upstream.
We got a request to add dateext option into the templates.
Could you consider to include it?

Emilien is currently out of the office. We will take a look at this request as times allows.  As this is currently not supported, we'll have to add this in to newer versions before being able to backport it.

According to our records, this should be resolved by puppet-tripleo-8.5.1-3.el7ost.  This build is available now.
