After speaking with Sean Murphy, it was decided that this statement is inaccurate and affecting customer adoption of the product.  Please remove it in current documentation and future documentation.

3.3. Virtual Machines
Each virtual machine can have at most 4 virtual CPUs and 2TB virtual disk space.
