The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
>a.  Set release allows them to ensure that they keep working with the same versions of packages and have no untracked changes.
>b. The use of atomic image is preferable over rhel7 image for them in order to make container as tiny as possible.

I added support for --releaserver to microdnf.
It was merged to upstream. PR https://github.com/rpm-software-management/microdnf/pull/42
