Description of problem:
Connections Panel heading is singular "Connection".  It needs to be changed to either "Connections" or "Client Connections"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.4


How reproducible: Open the UI in the sandbox setup and look at the overview dashboard and "Connection" metric Panel.
