Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
When we try to create / edit new Compute resource, the button "test connection" does not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. We have Sat6.4
2. Install and configure Docker
> subscription-manager repos --enable rhel-7-server-extras-rpms
> yum install -y docker
> groupadd docker && usermod -G docker foreman
> echo "OPTIONS='--selinux-enabled -G docker -H tcp://0.0.0.0:2375 -H unix:///var/run/docker.sock'" >> /etc/sysconfig/docker
> systemctl restart docker && katello-service restart
3. Open page in WebUI "Infrastructure" > "Compute resources" > "Create Compute resources".
4. fill fields
Name: XXX
Provider: Docker
Url: unix:///var/run/docker.sock
5. press the button "Test Connection"
Actual results:
no answer, no message, nothing's happened
Expected results:
We should get information about results. something as "Success: Test connection was successful", as we get in Sat6.3
Additional info:
Sat6.4: The same situation (no answer), if we use the bad url (something as unix:///var/run/docker.sock.xxx).
Sat6.3: Unable to save - No such file or directory - connect(2) for /var/run/docker.sock.xxx (Errno::ENOENT)
