PV summary empty

Description of problem:
After navigating to containers volumes, Persistent  Volumes Summary view,
The view is empty.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.0.1.20180619163011_900fdc4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compute-->Container -->volumes
2.chose volume to get to summary view
3.

Actual results:
Summary view is empty

Expected results:
The summary view shows persistent volume information

Persistent Volume Summary

Verified on 5.10.0.3.20180705151325_ce4d2b5

Persistent Volume Summary view exists.
