No, it isn't. Bug 1564897 is for pulseaudio 11.1 and it doesn't happen on my machine. Downgrading from 12.0 to 11.1 fixes the current one for me, so this one is specific to 12.0.

I have the same problem. I downgrade the `pulseaudio` package to 11.1 in my Archlinux using this command: $ downgrade pulseaudio libpulse pulseaudio-bluetooth Version 12.0 has this problem to me.
