Description of problem:

If Kdump is enabled in GUI installer crashes shortly after beginning installation.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run GUI installation with kdump_addon=on boot option set
2. Enable kdump in KDUMP spoke
3. Begin Installation
4. An unknown error occured dialog (traceback attached)

Actual results:

Installer crashes.

Expected results:

Installer installs.
