dnf update errors

Description of problem:
After upgrading from Fedora 27 to Fedora 28 with --allowerasing and having followed all the necessary procedures I get this type of error when running dnf - update -vvv -y:

not found deltainfo for:
Missing file *modules.yaml in metadata cache dir: (see attachment)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): DNF version: 2.7.5

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run dnf update -vvv -y
2.
3.

Actual results:
error messages:
not found deltainfo for (see attachment)
Missing file *modules.yaml in metadata cache dir (see attachment)

Expected results:
Dnf should updated repositories and not present an error

The misleading error message is not in code from dnf-3.5.1. Thanks for the report.
