Description of problem:
Due missing icon the table looks too big.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.0.1.20180619163011_900fdc4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have an infra provider with at least one VM
2. Go to Compute -> Infra -> VMs and check at least one VM's checkbox
3. In the toolbar open Policy -> Policy Simulation
4. Select a policy profile in the dropdown.

Actual results:
Missing trash icon, only text is shown

Expected results:
There should be the icon.
