Volumes page with Volume None alert

Description of problem:
When all cluster nodes are shut down and started again, there appears alert `Volume:None is unknown`. In my setup I used 1 cluster with 6 nodes and 2 volumes (distributed-replicated and disperse).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tendrl-ansible-1.6.3-5.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-api-1.6.3-3.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-api-httpd-1.6.3-3.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-commons-1.6.3-7.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-grafana-plugins-1.6.3-5.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-grafana-selinux-1.5.4-2.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-monitoring-integration-1.6.3-2.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-node-agent-1.6.3-7.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-notifier-1.6.3-4.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-selinux-1.5.4-2.el7rhgs.noarch
tendrl-ui-1.6.3-4.el7rhgs.noarch

How reproducible:
2/2 experiments

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import cluster with 2 volumes into WA.
2. Shut down all cluster nodes.
3. Wait until Volumes page shows no volumes.
4. Start all nodes.
5. Wait for volumes to appear.
6. Check alerts.

Actual results:
Among alerts is `Volume:None is unknown` alert.

Expected results:
There should be notifications that volumes are up.
