Description of problem:
Can't play some games with AMD card (HD7650M) using radeon open driver.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 28

How reproducible:
Open Borderlands2 or Rocket League with an AMD card using open source radeon driver.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the game
2. Wait to open
3. It closes

Actual results:
The game closes

Expected results:
Playing the game

Additional info:
Adding R600_DEBUG=nosb to the environment "fixes" the problem, but the game run about 10 FPS slower.

Update:
Installing the package: mesa-dri-drivers from rawhide repo fixes my problem.
I think in the upstream source the problem is fixed.

I've updated my system and the mesa package version is 18.0.5-4.
