Creating a clone to address the issue with 'post-save' command. We expect this fix on the RHOSP-13.z. We might need to backport this fix to older releases like RHOSP-10.

Moving bug back to NEW. Removing external gerrit reference -- this was a fix for rhbz#1572278 which lead to the creation of this bug.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-8.2.0-6.1.el7ost.  This build is available now.
