Description of problem:
After adding the gluster network i could see an Action item saying Host network configuration is not saved. 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-4.2.4.5-0.1.el7_3.noarch

How reproducible:
Most of the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy HE and go to rhv-m 
2. In the host -> general tab
3. Action items


Actual results:
Action item is there for host network configuration.

Expected results:
No action item should be there for host network configuration.

This bug has not been marked as blocker for oVirt 4.3.0.
Since we are releasing it tomorrow, January 29th, this bug has been re-targeted to 4.3.1.

This issue is no longer hit with RHV 4.3. Closing this bug for now, and will re-open, in case if its hit again
