He haven't been able to reproduce the customer issue. From Brant, when asked how often the issue occurs: "over the course of the engagement (last 2.5 weeks) we've seen it maybe 10-20 times, but up until yesterday we hadn't been able to reproduce it enough to get the logs and realize what was going on."
