Description of problem:
libsolv-0.6.34-2.fc29/python2-solv-0.6.34-2.fc29 are missing the repodata_dir2str, repodata_str2dir and repodata_add_dirstr in the Python bindings[1].

The Pulp project will eventually adopt the libsolv library to perform dependency solving[2] and would like to integrate this feature on the Fedora29 (and the stable Fedora28&27) systems.
