Description of problem: A user can see all stacks of all tenants in Stacks view. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.9.2 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install RHOSP10 with packstack environment. 2. Add the admin and demo tenants to CFME. 3. Create a new role which it can see Stacks and Instances. 4. Create a new group bound to the new group and mapped to demo tenant in RHOSP. 5. Create a stack in admin and demo tenants in RHOSP. 6. Create a instance in admin and demo tenants in RHOSP. 7. Create a new user which belongs to the new group. 8. Login the user and check Instances view and Stacks view. Actual results: Currently, a user can see all stacks of all tenants in Stacks view. Expected results: A user can see stacks belongs to the tenant mapped to the group. Additional info: Instances view is separated according to the tenant mappings. Stacks view should be the same as Instances view.
